The idea behind Saunadypp is to offer something unique within wellness in the Faroe Islands. Our wish is that Faroese people of all ages and body types can have a wonderful experience in the Faroese nature together with Saunadypp.

Saunadypp was founded by young Faroese entrepreneurs and is built in the Faroe Islands. We give Faroese people the opportunity to enjoy the amazing feeling you get when alternating between heat and cold, in a facility of very high quality.

Studies show that using a sauna and cold water significantly improves mental and physical health. With Saunadypp, we offer social togetherness in the Faroese nature.
